Maryal Concepcion, MD FAAFP is a board-certified family physician and California native with Filipino roots.

She attended the University of California at Davis where she graduated in 2005 with a double major in Anthropology (BS) and Evolution & Ecology (BA).

She then earned her MD from the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE in 2011.

It was there she discovered her love for being a full-scope rural family medicine physician.

Jeremiah Fillo, MD FAAFP is a board-certified family physician who grew up in Sierra City, California.

He attended University of San Diego where he graduated in 2004 with a major in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry.

He then earned his MD from the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE in 2010.

It was outside of Omaha that he discovered he loved being a full-scope rural family medicine physician.
